Located upstairs and accessed via the grand foyer staircase, the Martina Room is a peaceful and private retreat. French doors open to a balcony overlooking the estate’s entrance. With a queen bed, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet, this room also shares access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The outdoor porch area provides a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset reflection.
Shared lounge spaces: The shared spaces are thoughtfully designed for connection and restoration, featuring a grand living room with soaring ceilings, elegant seating areas, a cozy fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen perfect for gathering over shared meals. Outdoors, the sparkling pool, spa, and peaceful patios invite you to unwind, reflect, and savor the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Each room selection includes full accommodation and your registration fee, making planning simple and stress-free. This retreat is a meaningful experience to share with your sister, best friend, mom, or daughter — creating memories together in a restorative community setting.
If you'd like to bring a guest, an additional $1,750 registration fee applies. We're happy to assist with splitting costs evenly between both parties and can help arrange an affordable monthly payment plan to suit your needs.
